We eat food so that we may live. Food gives us energy so that we can do work. Food gives us nutrition. Though some food is testy but all foods are not nutritious.
Some food has great demand to people. Fast-food is food that has been produced for it’s highly taste rather than for its food value. It has great demand to people but it lacks food demand. Fast-food is not good for our body. Some chemicals are use to make fast-food tasty but this chemical are very harmful for our body. Many animals fats are use to increase the taste of fast-food. Some times sugar is use to this work. Some foods are containing a hues amount of animal fat. For example biscuits, chips, burger etc are highly in taste but it has no food value.
Fast has some bad side. It is very harmful for our body. It creates
various diseases in our body. For example cancer is the cause of fast-food.
