Unemployment problem is a great social problem. It means
when a job qualify person want to do a job, but he never find any kind of job.
So the person is called unemployment. Mainly he is not responsible for this problem.
Now it’s not only a social problem but also a national problem.
Causes of unemployment
There are many causes behind unemployment problem. Some of
them are given below.

Demerits of unemployment problem
Unemployment problem is a great social problem. It performs
many kinds of harms in our society and our nation. Mainly it destroyed the
people of young generation. This problem helps many young generations to destroy
their life. This problem is responsible for many social problems like as sinty,
churi; dakaty etc.This social problem also helps the young generation to
receive drug addiction. Many young people are now addicted for this problem.
Every year many young people are died for drug addiction and unemployment
problem is the root cause of this problem.
How can solve this problem
As Bangladesh is a small and developing country so this
problem can not totally solve but this problem can reduce. For reducing this
problem some necessary steps should be taken. At first government. Should
create much job chance for local people. For this purpose many industry should
be established. Job wanted people also should receive proper training to perfume
his work in well. People should achieve skill for different for different job.
Man should be educated, honest, work honored and work liker.
In the long run
If we can reduce our unemployment problem our country will
change within some years. Our country will develop and problem will solve. But
only government can not solve this problem general people also should help
government to solve this problem.Truely speaking if we can try together to
solve our unemployment problem it can reduce. As it is our own problem so we
should solve the problem.
